Project Overview

SmartStone, in collaboration with Everwarm, has undertaken a large project for the delivery of comprehensive energy efficiency upgrades to over 200 social housing properties across the UK. This important work forms part of the ECO4 scheme and Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), and this project focuses on fabric-first measures led by SmartStone’s skilled teams delivering upgrades, including:

• Ventilation systems upgrades
• Cavity wall insulation
• Room in roof insulation (RIRI)
• Internal wall insulation
• Loft insulation
